Hello i have furnished double room for rent.
There is garden, conservatory, and living room for sharing.
Parking is available too.
I live close to all local amenties, a lot of shops around like Asda, Cotsco, Ikea, and Straiton park.
Walk to straiton shopping park will take less than 10 minutes.
You have two buses, one is 37 which is about 5 mins walk to bus stop, and 47 which is maybe 8 minutes walk, both going to city center of Edinburgh.
Very close to bypass too which is really convinient if someone drive.
Price is 555 include superfast broadband 1GB, council tax, electricity, gas.
Council Tax band C.
Room is pretty decent size, and got extra two small cupboards.. eventually you can keep some stuff in coservatory too.
Preferable female as my loger is female too.
Preferably short term up to 6-8 months, as i am thinking about Airbnb in future.
