You are basically renting a luxurious flat for the price of a double room. The only thing you really need to share with us is the kitchen.

We are a young family (mum, dad, kids aged 2 to 13) and you will be renting the full upper floor of our house. We are friendly and easy going, happy to have a chat but also respect your privacy.

Only you will have access to the upper floor. The entire 3rd floor of the house will be yours.
