There is a bus route 5 min walk away, and town centre is a 15-20 min walk. College is approx 30 min walk, Dr grays hospital is also about a 20 min walk. There are also some shops a 5min walk from the house - spar, pub, couple of takeaways and a pharmacy. Everywhere in elgin is usually less than a 10 min drive away.
