There is a dishwashing machine tumble dryer etc. The lounge is a good size with 55" TV, 2 sofas. there is a WC downstairs with large shower, and family bathroom upstairs with has shower and bath.
There is a nice enclosed garden with summer house, conservatory and a garage currently used for storage.
There is street parking, and the neighbourhood is a very quiet on the outskirts of Elgin.
Rent is £500 per month with option of a 2-weekly cleaning service for extra £50 per month.
