The kitchen (downstairs) is shared with me, the landlord, and very occasionally visiting family and friends. You'll also have access to a large kitchen garden and your own patio.

Must be used to living around cats and dogs. We also have visiting deer and the usual number of insects you can expect in the countryside.

You'll be joining a peaceful, rural home within a lovely community, a stone's throw from the Enterprise Park and Califer viewpoint. You will need a good car that can get you safely up the steep hill in all weathers.

All bills included.
