Heating is electric upstairs and log burners downstairs.

The kitchen (downstairs) is shared with me, and very occasionally visiting family and friends.

*You'll be living with a puppy! and the usual visiting wildlife you'd expect to find in the countryside.

You'll be joining a peaceful, rural home within a lovely community, a stone's throw from the Enterprise Park and Califer viewpoint.

*You will need a good car that can get you safely up the steep hill in all weathers.

All bills included.
