Use of laundry facilities. Own kitchen cupboard & freezer drawer. Decking (use of hot tub by prior arrangement) On street parking. Quiet street close to all amenities 20 minutes walk from town centre. 5 mins walk to bus stop.

I work from home, running an ironing service & skincare business. I cannot guarantee there will be no noise during the day but it will not be excessive.

I am outgoing but like my personal time too. Enjoy socialising & travel. There may be many times I am not at home.
*Smoking permitted in back garden using facilities supplied.
**Mon-Fri only & weekly let would be considered at :
£100 per week for 1 person
£150 per week for 2 people (couple using double bed or 2 people in separate beds)
£ 200 per week for 3 people ( 2 sharing double plus use of folding single bed)
