The flat is a very short walk over the river Lossie, where you will reach the beautiful Elgin Cathedral, Biblical gardens and Coopers park, where there are tennis courts, a bike park and library with cafe.

The live in landlord is friendly, tidy and easy to get along with and has a very friendly Collie.

I have a double room with double built in wardrobe available from 1st Oct 2025.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress (mattress protector), side table, lamp and washing basket).
Please note: a quilt and pillows can be provided but please bring your own bedding covers and towels.

Use of a shared bathroom (WC, hand basin, bath and shower) and lounge.

Use of shared kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, heated clothes horse and sink (please bring your own pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses etc).

Parking available at the front of the flat.
