West End Elgin - House Share

Hi, my name is Steve. I have a room to rent in my house in the West end of Elgin. The rent is £395 per month and all bills are included. The room will be available from the 11th December. The price includes use of the kitchen, bathroom etc. The room has a double bed, wardrobes and a television with Sky Q. The house is located in a nice area of the town and is close to the town centre, college and hospital.
