I have a 2 double rooms to rent out. I have 1 twin and a double at £80 each room in my spacious house. Perfect for 2 or more people looking to share.
Sky tv and internet are paid for by me.
Gas and electric is the candidates responsibility.

Front and back garden
A deposit is required for each room.

£80 deposit from each person.
Must be clean and tidy with respectable attitudes.
I would rather 2 people who know each other share the house rather that one single person contact me 1 person will be required to pay full 160.
