Large double room in spacious Victorian 3-bedroom annexe available from mid March 2020. Ideal location, 10 mins walk from Forres town centre and on the edge of woodland walks and the Dava Way. The room is spacious with good views. Would share bathroom, kitchen and living room with mother and her son when he is home from University. There is fast fibre broadband throughout the house. There is also access to a garden. It’s a friendly, relaxed family household, we also have a mature cat. I run my own community arts business and sometimes work from home where I have a small office. Would suit a professional or student, preferably female.
