A large double room is available from Mid-October. Furnished with king-size bed, drawers, wardrobe and side table. Quiet street close to nature and woodland walks. Walkable to train station, Forres High Street and supermarkets.

Freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom, large garden with off-street parking. I am often away, so you will regularly have the place to yourself.

I like hiking, beach walks, seeing friends, comedy and podcasts. I'm sociable so would happily share the occasional meal, but equally happy to give each other space.

£630 per month OR £175 per week for shorter periods. Council tax band A.
