The Council Tax is included, but all other shared utilities (heating, hot water, electricity, TV licence, garden maintenance, superfast fibre optic broadband) total around £250 pm pp. This is a very lovely house, with plenty of both private and shared spaces for each of the 3 residents. Outside, there are gardens (professionally maintained), and a parking space for each resident.
