Double bed room (for single occupancy), with its own bathroom, in a beautiful, modern, large and very cosy private house, just on the edge of Forres.

The large, bright upstairs private space has only this suite and one other at the other end of the sun-room landing.

Downstairs, the shared spaces include the utility room, living room (with log stove) and large dining kitchen (very well appointed, with just about everything a keen cook would ever need).

The Council Tax is included, as are the utilities (heating, hot water, electricity, TV licence, garden maintenance, superfast fibre optic broadband) and we make sure these bills are 'fair use, and fair share'.

This is a very lovely house, with plenty of both private and shared spaces for each of the 2 residents. Outside, there are gardens (professionally maintained), and own driveway parking spaces.
