The house is situated in a countryside setting with amazing views, approximately 2 miles from the A96 and only 10 minutes to either Elgin or Forres. Having a car is a must. The video for this ad features our other bedroom that is currently being rented, however you will be able to see the common areas and style of the accommodation.

The owners are a gay couple who are looking for female tenants only. There is currently a female who will be letting another room as of 28/02/19. We also have 3 pet dogs who are limited to the utility room and family room and won't have access to any other place in the house.
