Large double room

Large double room for rent. I am the live in landlord. I'm a female young professional with a passion for nature and outdoor activities. I have a friendly cat (the most important household resident!).

The room is on the ground floor of the house. The lodger has access to a large kitchen/diner, a downstairs toilet, an upstairs toilet and shower room, and an upstairs lounge. There is also a shed out the back where a bike and some kit boxes can be stored.

I am looking for someone who is friendly and likes to chat whilst cooking / over dinner. The house is small, so getting to know eachother is important to me. I do enjoy time on my own and I am an early riser, so no late-night party animals please! A must is that you will respect my home (and the cat, of course!) and help me to keep it clean and tidy. Sharing my interests isn't a must, I enjoy getting to know folk from different walks of life.
