Double Room Available

I'm looking for a lodger to share my home with which has on street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally would be working full time. Bus stop, local shop and pub are a 2 minute walk and close to Findhorn Bay. The house has a lovely private garden, gas central heating with a bath & electric shower. Wi fi and all mod cons. I'm looking for a tidy person to share with who also likes dogs as I have an occasional dog who visits.
