- Large room (super king bed): £590/month
- Smaller room: £390/month
All bills included.

I (owner) live here 4 days/week (with my 8yo daughter 2 days a week). Shared bright living areas, sunny garden, and a friendly cat.

This is a quiet, cosy home – stays warm in winter!

Couples and single parents are also welcomed. Non smokers only.

Location: 5min drive from Forres and Findhorn, 15min from Elgin, 45min from Inverness
