Ideal location for folk looking for a place to stay whilst working away from home/ starting new a job/ placement in the area.

Contractors, shift workers, and students all welcome.

The spare room is upstairs with double bed, bedside table lamp, desk, chair, clothes rail and storage units. Neutral decor.

All bedding is provided but you are also welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer.

You'll be sharing the house with easy going folk who come and go according to work patterns so are not always in at the same time. We all do our bit to keep the place clean, tidy and secure.

The beauty of this property is its location... out of town but not far from town.

It will suit you if you have your own transport as it is approximately 3 miles to the centre of Elgin.

It is an easy cycle into Elgin but if you prefer public transport there is a bus stop on the A96 at the top of the road - half a mile away. Timetables and tickets can be found online.
Nearest train station is in Elgin.
Nearest Airports are Inverness - 45 mins or
Aberdeen - 1 hour 30 mins drive away there are bus links from both airports to Elgin.

Advance or short notice bookings available. It's great if you can view before arriving but also realise that sometimes that's not always possible.

FYI It's convenient for Dr Grays Hospital being less than 3 miles away.

It is convenient for folk coming up to work at Lossiemouth base approximately 8 miles.
