Cottage Double Room

I currently rent a cottage 10 miles out of Inverness. Looking for someone who isnt afraid of remote locations to come a join me in my home.

The room is a double with access to a shared bathroom and can be furnished or unfurnished.

House has plenty sheds and storage with a huge garden and space for 4 cars. There is an office that you can use at your leisure and shared living and dining areas. There is also a veg patch that you can use and grow if you want!

The shop and pub is a 5-10 min walk from the house and it has stunning views. It is situated on the edge of a forest and has bike and walking paths.

Please note you must drive and there is no public transport links.

This post is just to see if anyone would like to come join me and is not set in stone until nearer the time. I'd ideally like someone that is willing to help in the garden and wiling to get on as friends as well as housemates!

This house is owned by Cawdor Estate and inline with their rent agreement you will have to sign onto a tenancy with references. This would be minimum of 6 months due to hassle with paperwork for me every time.
