Furnished double room in shared house.

I am looking for a compatible woman to share my house, preferably someone who would relish the opportunity to utilise the garden (vegetable growing etc) & also a dog lover who could very occasionally dog sit. There is a large kitchen/diner to share and a shared bathroom (plus downstairs cloakroom). There is ample storage for bikes in one of the outbuildings although limited storage space indoors. The house is situated in a great position for accessing the town and beaches in Nairn. Street parking always available outside the house. I am retired and travel a lot with my dogs in a campervan. The room is available from mid April but I am advertising now in order to find the right housemate. I do smoke but only in my private living room or outside and never upstairs.
