Double room in a fully furnished two bed house, located in a small village near to Wymondham.

Bills are included, off road parking space available.

The room has a small built in wardrobe & can come part furnished with a single bed and bedside table or unfurnished at your choice.

I’m looking for a respectful individual who is in full time work.
I work shifts so you will often have the house to yourself.

You must be pet friendly as I have a beautiful doggo too! (You’re not in anyway expected to look after him but if you’re there he will ask for some attention!)

Deposit will be required and a monthly payment of 450, can offer a Monday - Friday stay if required at reduced price.
