I am looking for a female professional to rent a double room in our family home. The house is a 5 minute walk from the train station and local amenities.
We have a well trained pet dog. For this reason we cannot accept another dog.
The double room has a double bed, drawers and a built in wardrobe. There is a tv mounted on the wall. The living area, kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer etc. The room overlooks our lovely garden. WIFI is included.
We will need a months notice before leaving.
