House is in central Attleborough, 2 minutes from A11, 10 mins walk to station.
2 recently redecorated rooms and bathroom upstairs for the exclusive use of the right housemate. Nobody else up there.
Shared lounge and kitchen.
2nd room is being cleared now for sofa or desk or whatever is needed.
All the expected facilities here, parking, garden, netflix etc. White goods new and clean. All bills included. I will probably add a second fridge. Many things can be discussed.
