Double Room £400 PCM Attleborough

Currently looking for a lodger to occupy my spare room located at the back of the property.

As you can see, I'm currently re-decorating and hope to have the room painted and furnished come 1st July. I'm also in the process of acquiring a weekly cleaner to keep the communal areas in check, The living room is also currently under renovation.

I'm a working professional within the education sector, usually out of the house before 07:00 and home around 18:30 Mon-Fri, however I also have regular evening commitments. With such beautiful forests located close by, I tend to make use of the weekends by being out and about on the bike, meeting friends for walks or playing sport.

About You
I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and enjoys both sharing space but also their privacy.

About Attleborough
There are two supermarkets within a 20 minute walk, along with barbers, cafes, bus and train connections close by which take you to main stations such as Norwich (20 minutes) and London (1 hour).

I'm looking for £400 PCM, with an initial £250 deposit. Minimum three month agreement with the option to extend if both parties accept.
