I’m looking for a second lodger to occupy my large double room Monday-Friday, Term Time only or short term let.
There can be a degree of flexibility toward the occasional Saturday stay and price, for the right person.
Preferably, I’m looking for someone working within education who can offer a more consistent and long term lodging solution but as mentioned, happy to be flexible.
Reference / background, ID check will be required.
My other lodger works shift work so being considerate of noise is also required.
