En suite room in large house with patio and garden

I have a large double bedroom with big en suite bathroom to rent in a five bedroomed house where the other occupants are the owner and one lodger. The rent includes use of the large kitchen, as well as garden and patio. There is ample parking in the front drive. The house is very convenient for the A11 and for Attleborough town centre. I am looking for a mature female lodger although a mature man would be considered. The bedroom offers complete privacy at the other end of the house and the en suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. Utility bills and unlimited broadband are included. I can provide bed linen and towels.
