1 part furnished room available. kitchen and living areas and garden are shared with myself. I have one small dog and two large cats so I am unable to take in other pets.
All bills except food drinks and personal hygiene products are included. There is free view at the property and WiFi is good.
There is a large private drive, large rear garden with patio area.
Property is 8 miles from Norwich city with regular bus links. And also approximately the same distance to the seaside also on good bus route. Locally there is a gym, a pool, sports hub, takeaways, pubs and national trust properties and gardens as well as lots of local tourism and historic sites. We are lucky to live near the coast and the broads with lots of riverways lakes. House is currently on the market but not really doing anything atm. Looking for a quiet lodger respectful and tidy. . Big place, too big for me really 😂 . I work part time and study.
