Flatmate should be a professional, working outside the home would be preferred as I work from home 3 days a week and some of my calls are confidential, but some home working is ok if you work from desk in bedroom. Personality should be respectful, friendly but independent. Must be ok with cats as I have a house cat. Council tax band C.
