The location of the property offers beautiful countryside and regular bus connections on your door step. Sanders bus timetable can be easily found online bus 44 runs regularly from Norwich through to holt stopping at Aylsham each time, conveniently the bus stops at the end of my road. Nearest train station is located just 7 miles away in North Walsham (a 15 minute drive).Aylsham has well known shops & dining, to name a few Urban Clay Norfolk, Amika, Creative Lincs & many more. Amazing places to eat all times of the day with the likes of Biddys Tea Room, BreadSource, M’s cocktail and Tapas bar, The Black Boys Pub, Gate of India & Bonds Fish & Chip shop. Convenience and supermarket stores such as Tesco, Budgens, coop & a 24h BP with M&S. About the house hold: I have lived in the property for 5 years now and love where I live. I live with my 2 dogs, a beagle and and cocker spaniel. We have a small garden, 2 off road parking spaces and a garage. Downstairs consists of a small toilet, kitchen and livingroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The room for rent is a double room. About me: I go by Shelly, I’m 30 and I run my own cleaning company. I’m not one for watching TV but there is a TV in the living room should you wish to relax in front of it. I enjoy biking, walking and socialising with my friends, I would describe myself as a spiritual person, I have been vegan for 2 years now.
