Bigger than average single in room in a new build coach house apartment situated on the outskirts of Aylsham. The room has a bed and small table included and has a an ample built in wardrobe. If you like a peaceful enviroment to live then this is for you. Sitting on the very edge of st micheals development, there is no through traffic or external noise but still only 5 mins walk to town center where you will find a handful of shops pubs and restaurants. there is plenty of parking in the close and i also have broadband connection and landline phone. depending on usage these will be included in the rent each month.

I am looking for a proffesional person aged between 20 and 50 who is sociable and easy going. cleanliness and good house keeping is a must.

I am a 39 yr old proffesional male with a good sense of humour and outgoing personality. i stay at my partners 3-4 nights per week so you will have the run of the house most of the time.
