Newly decorated and newly carpeted double bedroom in a quiet village between Swaffham and Dereham. Cottage style property with some low door frames so perhaps not ideally suited to the very tall! Furnished but can be unfurnished. Easy access to Norwich/Kings Lynn via A47. Room is ideally available 5 days a week but would consider 7 days if the flatmate and I get along. Village has an active pub with quiz nights etc. Parking on street outside house. Can have exclusive use of shower room. Must like dogs as I have a Labrador. Professional female landlord. WiFi, washing machine, tumble drier.
