There is also tea/coffee making facilities. Off road parking on private driveway, large garden and broadband. Use of the kitchen is provided. ALL UTILITY BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
We have two dogs and one cat. We enjoy walking, reading and baking. We are non-smoking, friendly and respect privacy. The housemate must be a non-smoker, clean and considerate.
