1 double furnished room in chalet bungalow

hi my wife and i have a furnished double spare room with a double bed to rent. the room has a gas radiator. tele point .double wardrobes.. there is a bathroom downstaires. with shower. we have a dinning room next to kitchen .a large lounge. parking space out front .bus route to yarmouth. a tescos ,chinese, hardware store and hairdressers within walkin distance. patio and garden at back. our last lodger was with us 18 months now moved back home. was happy and content with everything we offered. thanks
