I’m a single female looking for a new housemate with similar interests, laid back, and clean. I work from home 1 day a week and spend my evenings mostly at the gym. Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work at home full time and a non-smoker.

All bills are included in the rent. Keen for a month by month rental basis to begin to give us both the flexibility.
