The room is fully furnished, with shared access to the open-plan living and dining rooms that lead out to the rear garden, good-sized & fully-fitted kitchen, utility room with washer-dryer and downstairs cloakroom. The house has superfast broadband (WiFi) as well as TV. The common areas of the house are cleaned by a cleaner.

This is a house share with only one other person, so is suitable for those who appreciate their personal space and privacy. It is ideal for professionals wanting a clean, tidy & quiet place to live in. The room is NOT available to couples.

The house is located in Chapel Break (NR5), so very close to UEA & the hospital (Bus stop is within 200yards). There is one off-road parking space and plenty of free on-street parking.
