A large double room available to rent from June 26th. In easy reach of UEA, John Innes Centre & NNUH and 1 minute walk from the 21/22 bus route direct to the city. Lots of green areas nearby, directly opposite a convenience store and 10 minute walk from supermarket, Post Office, takeaways etc. This is a large first floor flat in a pedestrianised area with parking nearby. It has a private entrance, patio garden and plenty of ground floor storage space for bikes etc. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with over bath shower. The kitchen has gas oven, washing machine and microwave.

As well as myself there is one other (female) lodger and a cat living in the property. For the majority of the time I will be staying with my partner elsewhere and you will have the flat to yourself with the other lodger.

I am looking for quiet housemates who will respect the privacy and personal space of the other people they are sharing with.
