Please note: as a lone female occupant, I'm seeking to let out the room to a female lodger.

Double room available in a new property in Three Score. UEA and Hospital are 10 minutes bike ride or 30 minutes walk. Bus stop for Orange Line 21/22 buses nearby.

Open plan living/kitchen area downstairs with WC, and a shared bathroom upstairs. The Passivhaus property is well insulated and continuous ventilation creates a very comfortable living space. Back garden contains a shed for bicycle storage if required.

Bedroom furnishings include small double bed with spare duvet, built in storage closet, chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves, desk and wheelie chair.
