Very nice room to let near the UEA!

There are three people living in this house at the moment, the other two rooms are unoccupied, I want to re-let my room, a very quiet one. The other two roommates have their own bathroom, so you don't have to share it with them! The house has all the daily necessities, such as washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster and so on. There is parking space in front of the house and two large warehouses in the backyard for bicycles and groceries. The yard also has a smoking area.

The house is 15 minutes' walk from UEA and is conveniently located by a small supermarket and Tesco. And there are no. 21 bus stops that go directly to school or downtown.

The roommates are very friendly and enjoy communicating with each other. You will never regret living here!
