We have large double room becoming available in a 3 floor townhouse. There's also extra storage on the landing. Double bed, bedside table and clothing rails are provided.

3 toilets, downstairs combi washing machine/tumble dryer. We have a roof terrace which is lovely in Summer :)

Garden with shed. There is free parking near the house. Large kitchen with loads of cupboard storage.
Current housemates store their bikes under a cover in garden.

I work as a legal assistant and my housemate works in a cafe. We have a relaxed and calm atmosphere in the house.

Nice area to live. Neighbours both sides are lovely.
Bills are approx £100 per month per person for electric/gas, internet and council tax . Once every 4 months we get the water bill which averages a one off payment of £40.

LOCATION
8 minute walk down the hill to University.
Regular buses stop just across the road which will take you quickly into the city via the Earlham bus shortcut, about 12 minutes . Bus stop at Roys that goes direct to UEA/NNUH Hospital.
