2 Double rooms available, one pictured and one large one on the first floor (please note the pictured furniture is the current housemate's and won't be included.). There's extra storage on the landing. Furniture will be provided for someone keen on taking the room.

Garden with shed and roof terrace.

Current housemates store their bikes under a cover in the secure garden.

Fun area to live. Neighbours both sides are lovely.
We've been lucky to be able to create a relaxed and respectful atmosphere in the house and wish to continue that. We all work hard, and often chat/ cook in the communal areas. We also socialise together on occasion, but it's not a party house. Everyone chips in with cleaning, taking the bins out etc.

LOCATION
10ish minute walk down the hill to UEA.
Regular buses stop just across the road which will take you quickly into the city via the Earlham bus shortcut. Bus stop at Roys that goes direct to UEA/NNUH Hospital.
Parking outside the house is permitted, but there is permit-free parking across the road (we can show you where if you come and look around.)

Bills are approx. £100 per month for gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax
