This is our modern, fully-furnished double bedroom in the heart of NR5. All furniture was brand new in April 2024. This is a 5 bedroom HMO and has a large kitchen/ diner and separate lounge and for your comfort. There is a main bathroom and a downstairs W/c. The room is fitted with a double bed, bed-side table, wardrobe, work-desk and white board. There is a spacious garden area and ample roadside parking (no permit needed). The communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis. This home has excellent links to the NNUH, the UEA and the City Centre.

Your safety is paramount within our properties, with necessary fire doors, alarms and equipment throughout. We also have keypad locks to every room so you can keep your rooms secure for your own privacy. Rest assured that all necessary safety requirements have been met and certification is available to view within the property.

We are experienced landlords and manage all of our properties ourselves. We pride ourselves on offering a 24/7 line to our tenants in case of an emergency. We will also create a group whatsap where you will be able to message us easily should you need to.

There is one parking space onsite, as well ample road-side parking.
