I am looking for a professional/student to rent my en-suite room in my 3 bedroom house Monday to Friday.
The room has an en-suite with a cubicle shower, sink and toilet. The room is furnished, however, you probably would like some storage in the wardrobe space.
You can have full use of the kitchen and garden. Garage can be used to store some of your stuff or for a bike etc.
You are able to park outside the front of the property.
I would want someone who does not work from home and therefore is required to go into the office.
I am 24 years old and work as a Paramedic, working a mixture of days and nights. I enjoy socialising with friends, travelling and exercising. I consider myself easy going and would like someone similar.
