The house has two bathrooms, a living room and plenty of kitchen space.
Rent is £347 plus bills which is usually around £90 a month.
Two lovely people live there at the moment (boy and girl) and a third person is due to move into the single room in the house. It is a mix of recent post-graduates and professionals. Both are tidy and incredibly friendly.
I am only moving out as I have been offered a job in Worcester and will be moving.
Located NR5 (5 minute walk to Larkman Lane Aldi and a 30 min walk to UEA)
