Hi guys, a single bed room is available to rent in a 4 bedroom house in NR5 8NZ postcode with shared kitchen and bathroom and two toilets.

Location: 15 minutes walk to UEA, 5 minutes walk to Earlham park, one minute walk to nearest bus stop with 21 bus service and about 10-15 minute drive to city.

Preference: we are looking for clean individual, prefereably between 23 to 30 years old. No gender Preference as long as you are respectable :)
Preferably a non-student individual due to council tax.
Rent: GBP 390 per month (bills excluded)

Current housemates: We are all young professionals with 23-30 age group, quite sociable :)
