Shared bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen has a dining area, oven, microwave, Air Fryer fridge freezer and includes everything needed for cooking (saucepans, utensils, bowls, etc) available.

Patio doors lead to the garden. There is parking. The house is located near to a bus route and 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, UEA, Research Park is a 5 min drive or 10 min bus ride
This is a quiet household and must be respectful in my home.
Some rules apply/No Visitors and cleaning rota.
