The en-suite has a power shower. The house has superfast broadband (WiFi) as well as TV. The common areas of the house are cleaned by a cleaner.

This is a house share with only one other person (a professional working in NNUH), so is suitable for those who appreciate their personal space and privacy. It is ideal for professionals wanting a clean, tidy & quiet place to live in. The room is NOT available to couples.

There is off-street parking space for one car (currently unused). Plenty of free on-street parking.

The house is located in Chapel Break (NR5), so very close to UEA & the hospital (Bus stop is within 100yards).
