Average Double Room in a Student Accommodation

This room is furnished with a table, a comfy and big bed, closet, nightstand, portrait mirror and a If you have your own study desk or chair, you can bring that in because the table and the chair that is in the shed is quite uncomfortable in my opinion. We have a communal living room with a TV and a spacious kitchen with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Kitchen also has a microwave, oven and a dish washing machine. On the top floor, you have a separate toilet room and a bathroom. We have a nice spacious garden and a shed of course. The person that I'm looking to replace me in my room is someone who is quiet and very respectful because at the moment, it is almost finals/exam season so my roommates really do like the quiet. I'm also asking for someone who can also be helpful around the house with chores, there are sometimes house meetings that we do so that we can figure out who does what every other week.
