With easy access to both the new NDR, the A47 Southern By pass, and Broadland Business Park the location is quiet but perfect.
I have 2 living areas, one with a TV the other facing a large south westerly garden., with a large balcony.
Off road parking, 6 minutes into Norwich on the train which is less than a minutes walk from my back door.
Buses also within 10 minutes walk.
Would prefer Monday-Friday let but no problem if not.
Wood burner, fitted kitchen with own fridge/freezer and cupboard space. Although not En Suite, bathroom is only shared with myself. Happy to work around work rotas as I am self employed.
I do have 2 cocker spaniels who live outside.
I do occasionally have dogs to stay as that is one of my jobs. I will require ref from your employer and personal please.
I am tidy, like the toilet seat down and the dish cloth squeezed out.!!!
