This double bedroom comes furnished/ unfurnished, bright and not overlooked. New carpets, chest of drawers, fully decorated and ready to move in.

The Study/Snug (optional extra)
This room can be used as a snug room or a study or just extra storage. There is your own access via the rear patio doors, this room is decorated, new laminate flooring. The desk shown in the photo can be left in the room.

Shared Areas
The Kitchen, Bathroom and Lounge are all recently renovated rooms. There’s virgin media fast broadband, Netflix available to use, and the garden is available to use where there is a parasol and small garden furniture set. There is parking for 3 cars on the private driveway.
The bathroom is all new and the shower is on a riser rail, not low as shown on the photo.
There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the Dining Area/ entrance near the kitchen.

Location
The bungalow is situated 10mins from the nearest train station (brundall gardens) which is a few minutes into Norwich. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the Coop shop. 2 minutes drive to the A47 roundabout.

Live in Landlord
I’m 30 years old working professional I tend to work from home on Fridays maybe another day during the week. Sunday evenings and sometimes one day during the week, my partner will stay. Other than this, I tend to be out and about.

I enjoy gardening, walks, netball & yoga. I have a little cat that stays outside most of the time.
