Brand new furnished double room to rent in a quiet cul-de-sac in Old Catton. The price also includes a smaller additional room for your private use. We are a working couple in our early 30s, sociable (but we understand that people like their personal space hence the smaller room in the price), we are clean and tidy and looking for someone in a similar age range with similar qualities to occupy a new spare room as part of the extension. Room will be freshly painted and carpeted. The room will also have it's own bathroom once our ensuite is done in April. Room is available from March. Double room measures 4.3m x 2.3m and smaller room is 2.3m x 2.5m. South facing garden, off street parking, newly installed kitchen. Virgin fibre internet. We have two very friendly dogs (11yr old chocolate lab and 4yr old golden retriever). We are both non smokers and non drinkers. Sorry but no pets.
