Double Room For Short Term Let

I am re-furbishing my house. The room to let and the bathroom have been completed. The kitchen is functional but needs some finishing but has all the amenities required.
The rest of the house is in pretty good order so zero concerns of viewing a wreck.
The property has a garden to the side and rear, there is a lounge and diner kitchen with American Fridge freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher etc.
Due to having and continuing to bring the house to a very high standard I would expect any house mate to be considerate to this and not increase my work load. That said I will want you to treat it as a home away from home. I am only letting short term as will be putting this property on the market and not clear on timeframes currently.

Lastly, I am away a lot of the time so you will have the house to yourself for at least 50% of the time.
