I have a spare room in my house that I’m looking to let out to a professional, friendly person that doesn’t mind living with 2 black cats.
The room comes part furnished with 2 large chests of drawers and a bedside cabinet. No bed in there at the moment, this is up for discussion with a prospective lodger as to if they want a single or double or prefer to bring their own.
I’m friendly and outgoing and am looking for someone similar to share my house with. I am not always at home weekends and work Monday to Friday as a decorator and spend most evenings at the gym or a pub quiz.
